Challenge:
Well renowned Oxford Court is a contemporary courtyard development in the heart of Manchester.
Comprising of office buildings, set behind a listed townhouse façade.
The properties benefit from a commanding position with vistas over Oxford Street and the Courtyard itself.
Oxford Court is home to a number of high profile tenants include the PFA (Professional Footballers’ Association).

Approach & Impact:
The property managers needed to secure the entire site including the parking areas.
The full surveillance coverage needed to be accessible 24/7 from the dedicated onsite security lodge.
Due to cabling restraints a bespoke fully wireless IP CCTV System was designed. Bespoke ornate brackets for the cameras were designed and fabricated by OSS Security tailored to the project. 
In addition all equipment and devices were custom painted to compliment the scheme.
To complete the project a wireless network was designed and installed by the team at OSS.
