How does keyholding work?

Holding keys is not rocket science – but selecting the right team to be prepped and ready to access your property in the middle of the night, is an important decision.

One of our surveyors collects your keys taking note of special instructions for accessing the property and resetting the alarm. Keys are then electronically tagged and stored in an accredited facility. If your alarm sounds or we’re notified by the team monitoring your property, we dispatch our best-placed responder with your keys to access the situation and, if needed, request emergency services, liaising with the police on your behalf.
